You (including you as the streamer) shall bear full responsibility for the following actions, including but not limited to: (i) you intentionally avoid Leaflive’s screening and use false identity information to create a Leaflive account (ii) if you are a political figure, government official or Family members of politicians or government officials, you use the Leaflive platform to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as money laundering, bribery, and terrorist financing. If Leaflive discovers such behavior, Leaflive has the right to disqualify your account and report the behavior to the relevant department.
Leaflive is a free social app that provides you the easiest and reliable way to connect with new friends all over the world. With Leaflive you can find interesting people and moments. With Leaflive , you can send free text, voice, video, photo messages. It is intended to be a fun place and keeping it safe and friendly is important to both of us, so you agree that you will use Leaflive only in a manner that is fit for its purpose and consistent with these terms and conditions.

7. Involves sending "junk" mail or "spam";
8. Contains any spyware, viruses, corrupted files, worms or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, telecommunications, network, server or other device, Trojan horse or any other material or Disruption intended to damage, interfere with, falsely intercept or expropriate any data or personal information from Leaflive or otherwise;
9. Violate the rights of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights) by itself or by posting;
10. Show drug or drug use;
11. Display political content;
12. Display content created or distributed by others without their consent;
13. Use the Services in a manner that may create a conflict of interest or undermine the purpose of the Services, such as trading reviews with other users or writing or soliciting fake reviews;
14. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or creation of any derivative works of the Services or any content contained therein, including any file, form or document (or any part thereof), or Identify or attempt to identify any source code, algorithm, method or technique embodied in the Service or any derivative work thereof;
15. Contains information, comments or any other form of content of persons under the age of 18.
We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions on Leaflive, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to compensate you for them (just as you are under no obligation to provide them) .
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content at any time, for any or no reason, in our sole discretion and without notice. Some of the reasons we may remove or disable access to content may include finding content to be objectionable, to violate these Terms, or to be harmful to the Service or our users. Therefore, when you post or send content through Leaflive , please take it seriously as you are solely responsible for such content and accept all liability in connection with such content.
We respect the rights of others and do our best to keep Leaflive safe and clean and expect you to do the same.
1. You will not publish any content or take any action on Leaflive that infringes or violates the rights of others or other illegal acts.
2. If we believe that any content or information you have posted on Leaflive violates these terms or our policies, we may delete it.
3. If we delete your content due to copyright infringement of others, and you think we deleted it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
4. If you repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, we will deactivate your account in due course.
5. You may not use our copyrights or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written permission.
6. If you collect information from users, you will: obtain their consent, make it clear that you (not Leaflive ) are the ones collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining the information you collect and how you will use it.
7. You will not use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services; you will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Leaflive .
8. You will not intimidate or harass others, or promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
Leaflive users are required to provide username, age, gender, avatar and other optional information, and we need your help to maintain this information. Here are some of the commitments you make to us regarding registration and maintaining the security of your account:
1. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use Leaflive . In some cases this age may vary due to local regulatory requirements, please refer to your local privacy policy for more information.
2. You may not transfer your account to anyone without our written permission.
3. You shall not provide any false personal information on Leaflive , nor shall you open an account for others without authorization.
4. If we disable your account, you will not be able to post anything on Leaflive .
5. We reserve the right to destroy or disable your account if we deem it appropriate.

By using the Services, you confirm that you understand and accept the prevailing exchange rate for any diamond at the time of purchase .

4. If your account is terminated by Leaflive for any reason, any outstanding gold coins remaining in your account at the time of termination may be forfeited and cannot be recovered at Leaflive 's sole discretion.
5. You understand that real money is required to purchase diamonds . If you do not agree with any part of our exchange rate policy, or do not fully understand our exchange rate policy, please do not purchase or use any diamonds in connection with the Services .
6. You understand that Leaflive may from time to time change, modify or update these Terms of Use or the Terms of Sale relating to Diamonds , and that such revised terms will apply to all subsequent purchases of any Diamonds , and you agree that you will Review these terms of use and any terms regarding the sale of diamonds before proceeding .
7. Leaflive coins are virtual assets that can be obtained through online payment such as credit card/debit card/bank transfer/wallet/Google payment/iTunes payment;
8. If the coins have been sent to the Leaflive ID and the bill complies with local laws, Leaflive does not allow users to generate chargebacks or refunds or dispute the bill. The ID and Device will be permanently banned, and the diamonds generated from gold coins will also be deducted.
Certain Leaflive Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that Leaflive may place such advertisements and promotions on the Leaflive Services or on, about, or alongside Your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without notice.
You can report any abuse or complain about content on Leaflive . We provide users with "Block" and "Report" features to help us keep Leaflive clean and safe. You can report a user directly from your profile by clicking "Report" on the user's profile and selecting the reason for the complaint. You can also click "Report" on the Moments details page, select the reason for the complaint, and directly report the Moments. All reports will be verified by our "Audit Team" and dealt with accordingly in accordance with our policies. If you belive we have made a mistake we will give you the opportunity to make an appeal via feedback csp@leaflive.cc .We will always do our best to help with any problems you may have while using our services.
1. Leaflive does not claim any ownership of the text, files, photos, videos, sounds, musical compositions, original works, applications or any other materials (collectively referred to as "content") that you post on or through the Leaflive service . To display or publish ("post") any Content on or through the Leaflive Services , you hereby grant to Leaflive a non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free worldwide limited license to use, modify, delete, add to, publicly perform, publicly display , copying and translating such content, including but not limited to distributing part or all of the Site in any media format through any media channel (including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), except for content that is not shared publicly (“private”) does not Will be distributed outside the Leaflive service.

Leaflive hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to copy and display Leaflive content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use while viewing the website and using Leaflive services.
4. The Leaflive Services contain the content of users and other Leaflive licensors. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any content that appears on or through the Leaflive Services .
5. Leaflive performs the technical functions necessary to provide the Leaflive service, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting the content to allow its use throughout the Leaflive service.
6. Although the website and other Leaflive services are normally available, sometimes the website or other Leaflive services will interrupt Leaflive 's control due to regular maintenance or upgrades, emergency repairs, or due to telecommunications links and equipment failures beyond the normal range . Additionally, while Leaflive will generally only remove content that violates this Agreement, Leaflive reserves the right to remove any content for any reason without notice. Leaflive may store deleted content to comply with certain legal obligations and it cannot be retrieved without a valid court order. Therefore, Leaflive encourages you to maintain your own backups of your content. In other words, Leaflive is not a backup service. Leaflive will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or termination of Leaflive services,
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaflive expressly excludes:
1. all conditions, representations, warranties and other terms which may be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; and
2. Any liability arising out of your use of Leaflive , its services or these terms and conditions, including but not limited to any claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses or direct, indirect, incidental expenses of any nature, special , exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (howsoever caused, including negligence), loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by computer or electronic viruses, loss of income or profits, loss of or damage to property, waste management or business hours, default or claims by third parties, or other losses of any kind or nature, even if Leaflive has been advised of such damages or losses that may arise out of or in connection with the use of Leaflive . This limitation of liability applies to, but is not limited to:
You agree to be harmless from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising out of: (i) your use of and access to the Leaflive Services; ( ii ) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party rights, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (iv) any claim for damages to a third party in connection with one of your User Status Submissions . This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Leaflive Services. We do not support or encourage illegal drinking or smoking, that's it.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any questions concerning its existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (“HKIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The Hong Kong International Arbitration Center Rules currently in effect, these Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into these Terms. The place of arbitration is Hong Kong. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
We reserve the right to change these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our services. If we change policies, guidelines or other terms referenced or incorporated in this Statement, we may post a notice on the Site.
